Conference Venues:
The AC Hotel Waco Downtown will serve as the primary venue for the 2027 CBAA National Conference. Most panels, roundtable discussions, presentations, and the vendor fair will take place at the hotel. Having lodging and conference programming in the same location will allow attendees to move easily between sessions and create more opportunities for informal conversation and exchange.
Demonstrations and workshops will be held at Baylor University, where participants will have access to specialized studios, equipment, and teaching spaces. The juried CBAA Members’ Exhibition will be presented at Art Center Waco.
Lodging:
A discounted block of guest rooms will be available at the AC Hotel Waco Downtown, the primary conference hotel and meeting venue.
Conference room rate: $179.00 per night, plus taxes
